The berm bed I put in last year needs a path. Here it is, looking bare.
I want it to be a destination, and that requires a way to get there, no?
I was inspired by the Tenderloin Garden created by professional landscape designers and regular San Francisco Garden display artists Organic Mechanics. Their garden path of upcycled materials has captivated me for a year. But gathering the junk to make the path is a time consuming process. I still don`t have enough junk. But here goes, the progress so far. I need to clean up the turf I removed and fill in around the marble and pavers. I want a more varied jumble of junk too. But that;s going to take time.
