Regency Penny Wooden Dolls

I have been making dolls lately, and having a hard time getting some finished. But these were fun, and will be available on the 10th, for Holly Jolly July PFATT Marketplace. I used a wonderful dance slipper from the 20's. All old lace, beads, and hand sewn clothing. I did use a wee bit of glue, as the finish of wooden dolls is slippery for hats! I hand painted and aged the dolls. I adore them! It will be hard saying my goodbyes to them.

I love wee dolls in shoes. Especially the old "parlor art" ones from the 1800s. :-)
